| A rich blue sapphire set with sparkling diamonds in a striking platinum ring. The elegance of the emerald-cut sapphire is perfectly complemented by the cool brilliance of the diamonds and platinum. The design of this ring recalls the elegant jewels of the Art Deco era.
 The emerald-cut sapphire weighs 2.01 carats. It is flanked by four quarter-moon diamonds bezel set in platinum. Along the shoulders of the ring, six princess-cut diamonds are channel set in a flowing cascade. The diamonds are beautifully cut with F - G color and VS clarity. |
 Beneath the princess-cut diamonds, the edges of the channel setting extend briefly and then gently blend into the band of the ring. The platinum surfaces of the ring and settings are brighly polished.
 From the side you can see how well this ring is crafted. The sapphire is securely held by four platinum prongs in a double-gallery setting. The bezel and channel-set diamonds are flush and perfectly aligned. This ring was designed to be loved and admired for many generations.
 Examining the inside of the ring you can see the sturdiness of the settings and channels that protect the gemstones. The cut-outs beneath the gems are symmetrical, smooth and nicely alligned. Even the inside surfaces of the ring are polished to a bright finish. The mark of a fine jewel is that it is as nicely finished on the inside as it is on the topside.
 The inside of the ring is hallmarked with the maker's mark and the precious metal stamp for platinum (PT 950). All fine jewels should be stamped with the maker's mark and the purity of the precious metals.

| The emerald-cut sapphire is a vibrant blue-Violet hue. It weighs 2.01 carats. The four quarter-moon diamonds weigh a total of 0.33 carats and the six princess-cut diamonds weigh a total of 0.46 carats. All of the diamonds are F - G color and VS clarity. This platinum ring is finger size 6, but can be resized to fit most fingers. | ||
