Flowing Art Nouveau curves surround sparkling blue Sapphires and Old European Cut diamonds in these elegant cufflinks created by Tiffany & Company. Louis Comfort Tiffany's interest in Art Nouveau design inspired the creation of many beautiful jewels. Crafted in 18kt gold, circa 1900.
 The backs of the cufflinks are as carefully crafted as the fronts. The tops are attached with sturdy figure eight ("8") cross members, a bridge style favored by Tiffany & Co. during the early 1900s. There is elegance in the simplicity of the design and the jeweler's attention to small details.
 The reverse of the cufflinks show the maker's mark of "Tiffany & Co." Although Tiffany's offered fine cufflinks created by many of the makers featured in the Antique Cufflink Gallery, the firm also designed and created cufflinks of its own. This pair is a wonderful example.
